Thanks for your kind words. I think the legal profession needs more diverse viewpoints. I imagine your time in the public defender's office gave you insight into the diversity of players in our legal system. Widener simply sent me an email one day with no warning. Status checker didn't change till three days later. The waiting is rough;)
Yeah, it was really quick. They actually called me but I didn't answer, so they left a voice mail and then I got a follow up email letting me know about scholarships and more details. Good luck!!!
For Penn State, I received an email letting me know I was accepted, and received a package about 2 weeks later w/ the scholarship information. Good luck to you I hope your cycle goes great!
I saw your question about the Temple status checker, and I thought I might be able to help. My status checker never changed to under review. It just said complete the entire time. The complete date did update, then a couple days later (and on a Sunday) it said admitted. Hope this helps, and good luck!
Yea,I still haven't heard back from some of my safeties, so I wouldn't worry too much. I'm still waiting to hear back from some reaches, but out of my acceptances I like W & L and Wake Forest. Ohio State is in the running, but I'm still waiting on scholarship info. I might actually withdraw from Temple soon because I have some better offers money-wise. I hope you hear back soon! It's been pretty slow for me lately too.
Thanks! The Temple status checker switched from Complete 1/18 to Complete 2/10, to Admitted 2/14. They sent me an email on 2/15 and I checked the status checker afterwards but I don't recall being "Under Review". Best of luck!
