Oh, man, that's a big question. Study a lot for the LSAT, and if you can find somewhere to do practice exams that are as close to exam conditions as possible, do it. I was practice scoring higher but the LSAT made me nervous, always, day off; the send time I took it my score dropped. I had everyone I know that's gone to law school look over my personal statement, worked with a counselor. I wrote about the growth I've had due to the medical issues (which could be risky, but they've definitely shaped me) and what's important to me now enough to drive me to want to be a lawyer. If you've matured, in my opinion I think that's key, and it needs to come through. I think the married bit just tends to slow you down overall, so make sure you have goals and end dates in mind. Good luck!
