Father of two girls, work for State of RI 9 years. Really hoping for Vermont-perfect school for family.

02/16/2009 VLS Admissions called, they would like an interview. This Friday....

02/23/2009 Interview went great. Should receive definite this week, but really sounded like we're in. Got lots of skiing in the rest of the weekend.

02/24/2009 First acceptance to Ave, very exciting to get that first one. I'm going to Law School.....Somewhere

02/26/2009 Asked to attend South Dakota's Summer Law Screening Program. Received email from U of Maine financial aid yesterday asking me to log on with my student ID and complete a verification form. Only problem is I have not received a student ID. Called financial aid and questioned where to obtain my student ID, women got flustered and transferred me to admissions, was told that letters should be mailed from the dean shortly, they were having a processing glitch.....Not sure what that means. Status checker still says In Review.

02/27/2008 Received email from University of North Dakota, stating application has gone to committee review, and that I am now able to check status online.

03/03/2009 Accepted to Appalachian School of Law via status checker.

03/16/2009 Rejection from North Dakota via snail mail. First one hurts.

04/08/2009 Received waitlist at Vermont last week. Really bummed about that. Received acceptance from Regent on Friday, but did not check mail till Monday. Good School if you are religous. Spoke to Dean of Admissions from VT yesterday. There are over 50 people on the waitlist, they are still looking at applications until June 1, and have room to accept 50 more. Not looking great there. I wish I would hurry up and hear from Maine, it has been 8 weeks since going complete.
