Have you heard from any of these schools yet?
due to the budget cutbacks on education spending in arizona brought on by the financial crisis, ASU had to lay off teachers across the board, especially in my program, which then led to a couple of the classes I need to grduate not being offered. that being said, I have withdrawn all of my applications and will possibly reapply this fall, but I have high hopes of getting into washburn's spring semester. Look on the bright side, I have an entire semester to fill with classes to pad my GPA!!!
I have to say, I hated ASU by the time I left because they can never quite figure out their stuff, and I had heard the cut backs wouldn't adversely effect any individuals working towards a degree in a particular area, but I guess you're proof that was a lie too. I love Washburn though and am happy to say I haven't put up with any crap like that here. Good luck.
Honestly, the biggest reason is the scholarship. Although I will say WU's admission's staff has been fabulous through this entire process. KU's was pretty good, but UNL's was nonexistent. I had a really hard time between KU and WU. UNL dropped out of the running early on.
No, all the fee waivers were LSAC fee waivers. But I did contact the schools to make sure they accepted LSAC fee waivers.
