mcogen, Boalt let me know via email from Director of Admissions Edward Tom. The email said a letter was forthcoming, also indicated that Boalt would pay up to $300 of a flight to go out to Cali for their admitted students day. -nmar

Coco, I wrote two extra essays for Mich. including the "why michigan" essay. I also sent a followup letter indicating my continued interest in the school after they sat on my application for several months.
