if you dont mind me asking, why syracuse over buffalo? Buffalo is higher ranked as well as cheaper for you after residency status 2nd and 3rd year.

Finances and school rank werent the deciding factors for me, I have family in Syracuse and I really disliked Buffalo, the city, and its campus

yes, all of the scholarship amounts are per year
