Question regarding your application

Hi. I'm also a non traditional student woman of color. I graduated from college 18 years ago then moved on to graduate school and Have been working in my field since 2003. While reviewing transcripts I note I need to submit an addendum. I graduated UG with a 3.25 but had some crappy semesters. Did you have to explain what caused your grade deficiency or simply just disclose it ? Obviously I graduated and now I hold a post doctorate but it seems the past will haunt me. The BAR will require disclosures as well. Please advise what you recommend based on your experience.
