4/1/10: Visited Hofstra on 3/26 and really like it. I accepted an offer to be a Health Law & Policy Fellow there, so I will be in Hempstead in the fall!

3/1/10: Waitlisted at Nova. Looks like I'll be staying on two waitlists and putting down a deposit at either Rutgers-Camden or Hofstra.

2/28/10: Not the decision I was hoping for; Temple waitlisted me via status checker. At least they didn't say no. Definitely will be staying on the list though.

2/22/10: Waitlisted by both Brooklyn Law and St. John's by mail today. That's okay, I didn't even think I'd be considered by Brooklyn. The only schools I have left to hear from now are Villanova and Temple, which will make my decision if I get into either.

2/16/10: Received admissions materials from Pace. Still need to hear from Brooklyn, St. John's, Temple, and Villanova. Fingers crossed!

1/28/10: Accepted via email to Rutgers-Camden! It was a very personal email in which the Dean of Enrollment cited specific passages from my personal statement. Very impressed with this.

1/25/10: Acceptance letter for NYLS came today with $15,000 scholarship offer.

1/22/10: Just received notice via email of acceptance to Quinnipiac! No word on scholarship offer.

1/18/10: Just checked my status updates. New York Law School accepted me with a scholarship (doesn't say how much), and Drexel waitlisted me. Still perfect I guess. Also still have heard nothing from my top 3.

1/8/10: So far I'm 4-for-4. Have heard from Widener, Touro, Hofstra, and Rutgers-Newark (in that order) and have been accepted to all. Waiting word on possible scholarship from Hofstra and Rutgers.

Top Schools: Temple, Villanova, Brooklyn Law, Rutgers-Newark

Middle Tier: Rutgers-Camden, Hofstra, St. John's, Quinnipiac, Pace

Safeties: New York Law School, Widener, Touro, Drexel

Hopefully I'll be reporting on admission from all schools within the next month!
