Just a fyi. I was waitlisted at the end of april for UF/FSU. Have been waiting forever. decided to re-take LSAT to improve chances. Got a 163 on June test: rec'd results 6/25, emailed updated score & loci 6/28, rec'd call from admissions office (FSU) w/acceptance 6/28. it can be done. (but on a school by school basis. Looks like UF refused to look at it. i sent UF Loci and updated score monday 6/28, rec'd no email. actually called admissions to ask about them considering updated score - was told no by several people at the admissions front desk. - i'm fine with that. it doens't hurt to try.

Wrong again! Update - Emailed the Admissions Director (UF) on tuesday 6/29 and asked again about considering the June LSAT. Adm. Dir. Said, "We'd be happy to re-evaluate your file- the comittee is meeting this afternoon. i'll make sure yours is on top." Rec'd the acceptance email later that afternoon. Feels great getting into your top choice!

In an effort to give full disclosure to future students looking for guidance, I adjusted my gpa to the correct lsdas avg. of 3.26 although beside the hard numbers I do have mad life exp. and stories that add to my application. If anyone would like more info PM me... im on TLS as well.
