Left college after junior year decades ago to care for failing grandmother (raised me after parents died). Married had kids started my own business and decided a year ago to finish BA (4.16 average for last 24 credits from this year). Decided to keep going and apply to law school.

Scholarships per year
5/9 Waitlisted at Fordham. I guess I'll just keep my fingers crossed.

5/1 Withdrew from Rutgers. Boy it was really really hard. Liked the program but just couldn't see paying full price at this point in my life. Will be going to Pace unless Fordham comes through (there I would pay the freight).

4/17 Accepted at St. John's, again no $$. They have given me all of a week to let them know. Initially they were second on my list but lately my enthusiasm has waned. Guess it's time to hold my breath and hope
fordham makes a decision soon.

4/5 pace packet with money offer.

4/4 Got email invitation to accepted student open house at Pace (I hadn't been accepted yet). When I contacted admissions they informed me offer went out yesterday.

4/3 Email from Rutgers. Holding out hope that in package will be some money offer. Kind of surprised haven't heard from Pace yet.

3/28 Accepted at Seton Hall but no mention of $$. I suppose that is what comes from bombing the LSAT. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Hey, didnt visit SH. I called them the other day and my file wasnt even complete yet....they seem to have a very strange process. Where are you leaning so far? Is Fordham your #1?

Anything from Fordham? I got WL. Leaning towards Rutgers now I think.
