11/06/09 Applied to a round of schools. Will apply to a couple more in the next week or so. Saving my reach school applications till after I receive my December LSAT score.

11/17/09 Starting to go complete at most of the schools I've sent apps to, although a few are waiting for me to take the Dec. LSAT before evaluating my application. Also sent out an app to University of Houston today because I'm not sure that I have enough target/safety schools. Working on the extra essay for SMU has also delayed me from sending an app out to them. Trying to get it in asap.

11/18/09 Had to call OU to get see if they had received my application. They say they will start review in mid-December. Hastings, W&M, and American will not review my application until they receive my Dec. LSAT and I can't change their mind otherwise.

12/05/09 Just took the December LSAT. I think I suffer from major test anxiety but my curiousity for what I scored overrides any inclination for me to want to cancel my score. I suppose I will see in a couple of weeks. In the mean time (two words?) I will be perfecting the rest of my apps and sending those in so that schools will have them by the time scores come in!

12/11/09 I just got accepted into my first LAW SCHOOL!! I got a call from OU Law this afternoon telling me that I was accepted into their Fall 2010 class. It is definitely exciting to be accepted into my first school and a huge weight off my shoulders. I'm going to law school!

12/14/09 Officially sent out my last applications today. I probably will leave it at the 13 schools that I have now unless some other school that I'm interested in gives me a fee waiver because this is expensive!

12/28/09 December LSAT scores were released... improved my score by 3 points. Not as much as I had hoped but it's better than nothing! Also currently under review at Illinois, fingers crossed, I really want to get in!!!

1/08/10 IN at Illinois with 10K per year scholarship (same with Oklahoma)!! Under review at Houston now.

1/15/10 In at American and also under review at Berkeley and Davis. Berkeley is a long shot but a girl's gotta dream :).

1/23/10 In at Washington and Lee! Hoping to hear back from more schools now :).

1/29/10 In at SMU! Received a call, scholarship info should come in a month. Also received scholarship offer from W&L for 5,500/yr contingent on maintaining 3.0 gpa. Also IN at Davis!! I <3 Cali!

2/1/10 In at Hastings! Came in a small white envelope. Also got my acceptance packet from Davis with a cute handwritten note from the Dean saying "Come to California, Stephanie!" :D

2/15/10 In at Houston! Finally some more movement after a 2 week drought of nothing from law schools!

2/18/10 Dinged at Berkeley. It was expected but I had to try! :)

2/23/10 WOAH. In at WUSTL today!

3/01/10 My second rejection of the cycle: Boston College.

3/08/10 Third rejection: UT. My top choice by far. This one has hurt the most for so many different reasons.

3/11/10 Rejected at Notre Dame. Ok that's three rejections in a row. It is no longer fun to wait for my mail to come in :(

3/19/10 Waitlisted at William and Mary. Now I just need to hear back from BU and I can make my decision!

Ugh, waitlisted from BU :(. I will definitely wait this one out!
