sorry, ignore the repeat in my last post, i copied and pasted from word because the comment box is so small. obviously i messed up in the process.
My older brother is at Southwestern, first year evening. He was accepted at UOP, Santa Clara, USF, and another seven or eight mediocre schools. He just didn't want to leave L.A. From what I've seen with him, his level of knowledge, etc., he's getting a quality education and loves the school.
I haven't heard anything from Pepperdine. When did you get waitlisted? I was asked to come to Loyola for an interview. Have you heard from them?
I was contacted via email by Loyola for an interview which I appeared for last Thurs. March 2nd. I have no idea why I was granted an interivew, but from what I could gather, it seems they interviewed abuot 2 dozen or so applicants. I'll let you know when I hear something. The way my luck has it, it is probably just wheel spinning. Fooffer
Doubt that I will go to Valpo. It's a nice chunk, but truthfully I'd rather stay on the west coast. I hope to get a shot at Pepperdine or Loyola. I don't know what's different about me other than I have strong letters and Personal Statement. Without sounding obnoxious, I expect to get in to Santa Clara, Pacific McGeorge, and USF. My predictions for you are, Pepperdine, USF, and maybe USD. I wouldn't have hope for Davis or Loyola. Once again I have no clue why I was interviewed at Loyola. I'll let you know what I hear. Fooffer
So, I'm impreesed that you were waitlisted at Pepperdine. I have done everything I know how to do to tweak my application. I have great letters, even from benefactors and nothing yet. The Loyola interview went great. No offers, no waitlist no nuttin'. Rejected from Hastings on line. I just wrote to USD and requested PT. Maybe I'll have a better chance. The April 1 deposit date is on approach. I think I'll deposit Miami and Southwestern. Fooffer

It seems that everyone with my numbers got waitlisted already at Pepperdine. What the heck is going on with my application? I sent a depoit to Southwestern. I would go to McGeorge over USF, but I haven't gotten in there. Oh well. Wailist city here I come.

That with your GPA you got rejected from Loyola and I am a bit confused did you get into USD? Because your site says "no" Any tips you have will help, looks like you have a very impressive background.

It also says a decision will be mailed to me, does that mean it will not appear online? Not like I will get in anyways.
