Additional info & updates

Good luck to everyone with their cycles! I'll continue to update as my cycle goes on.

Started sending out application before the new year. Nervous about my cycle because of the late start. 161 LSAT is a retake and is a disappointment. I was really pulling for at least 165. Hoping for a positive end.

Still have some fee waivers to use up. Will be applying to Notre Dame and Maryland for sure still. Probably a few others as well.

12/30-12/31
Sent out apps to Depaul, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Villanova.

01/02
Applications sent to Pitt, Temple, and Washington. I think I have a strong chance at being accepted to Pittsburgh, and definitely wouldn't mind practicing in the area. Hate the Steelers though. Washington is a reach, but would love to live in Seattle area.

01/03
Ohio State application in.

01/04
Applied to Wake Forest, Cincinnati, and Colorado.

01/05
Vanderbilt application in. Big reach but couldn't let the fee waiver go to waste. Saying it is a long shot is an understatement. Praying for acceptance.

01/06
Tulane app sent off.

01/07
Minnesota application went complete. 10-12 weeks before a decision is to be made. Hopefully I'll be receiving a phone call with some good news around that time.

01/10
Fordham and Michigan applications sent off.

01/11
Applied to Illinois today. Wouldn't mind living in Champaign because it's so close to home and feeds into Chicago. Depaul application went complete today. Decision should be rendered within 2-3 weeks.

Sent off Cornell application, surely an auto-ding. But what the hell.

01/12
Applied to Notre Dame. The ethics focused curriculum is a huge plus in my book.

1/20
In at Wake! First acceptance of the cycle! So nice to start off on a good note. Here's to hoping for continued success.

1/24
Wake Forest offered me $45K over three years with no stipulations! Shoots them up my list. Way up.

1/27
In at Depaul! Scholarship info to follow hopefully.

1/28
Out at Illinois. Major let down. knew it was a long shot, but I kind of talked myself into thinking I was getting accepted.

2/03
Accepted to Pittsburgh! After a quiet week it was nice to hear some good news.

Applied to Columbia... Why you ask? Because they gave me a fee waiver so they can entice me into applying in order to ding me, boosting their selectivity. They succeeded.

2/04
In at Colorado! Great birthday present. Hopefully I'll receive some money.

Wait listed at Wisconsin. Disappointed. Wisconsin is one of my top choices. Will be sending a LOCI for sure.

2/07
Scholarship info from Depaul: $54K over three years contingent on maintaining a 3.2 gpa.

2/10
Accepted to Cincinnati

2/15
Wait listed at Minnesota. DAMN!

3/20
I am in waitlist hell

3/25
Another wailist. This time Columbia.
