U of A is a really strong offer. I have a deposit at Minnesota and I just don't know how I can handle the cold weather. I am considering Arizona but I am leaning heavily towards Hastings. I was accepted on Monday.
The U of A and Hastings have exactly the same exact ranking; # 42 for the past two years. The scholarship amounts are virtually the same. So, it's just a matter of where you'd like to practice when done with your law school stint. Additionally, it's just a matter of whether or not you want to be in the desert (111 degree weather, cactus, scorpions), or at the beach (pure bliss, but costly). Either way, I'm sure you'd be happy without the snow. I'm on the waitlist at The U of A, but because I'm a resindent in Tucson, I'd love to go to the U of A. Then again, I'm not as young as you, 1-2 years out of your undergraduate. I am married with kids, and would like to stay with them if they end up having room for me. Otherwise, I have to leave teh state. Keep us posted on what you decide, and good luck either way!
