I honestly don't want to discourage you, but I think you should save your money and forget about applying to Texas, Duke, WU, W&L, and the UC schools (especially Berkeley). I think your money would be put to better use applying to schools ranked below the top 30. Seriously, I think you can get into some good solid schools -- I just think that shooting for the top 20 isn't worth the time and money (unless you're getting fee waivers). Good luck to you -- and I hope you're not offended!

Congrats on rutgers! You give me hope.
