I had a DUI in 2004, expunged, and I was arresed for DWI 2009, no charges filed. I read your additional information and just wanted you to know I know how you feel. Keep your head up. I'm pulling for you. I've applied to your schools too. Do you think Tech rejected you because of your character and fitness because if we're to be slaves to the LSAT I'd say you nailed it. Best of Luck.

No. I think my GPA killed me at Tech. But that's OK. It's not my first choice. As for my C&F, I don't think a few traffic tickets would be that much of a killer. I mean, I've thoroughly read the state bar's requirements, and I'm 99 percent certain a few failure-to-appear misdemeanors wouldn't disqualify me from a law license.
