Additional info & updates

** All scholarship information was negotiated at least twice and is only for the first year **

I've withdrawn from this cycle. After doing a lot of research on Law School Transparency and Paul Campos' blog, I decided not to spend my time and/or money on a coin's flip chance of getting a job. I was lucky to be offered full rides but those schools were looking at a 50% placement rate. I've left up my profile to help others.

Final words - Negotiate those scholarships and go for free or don't go. Best of luck LSNers!

Hey just a quick question: were you just waitlisted overall or just waitlisted on the EAP program, or both?

Stipulations

I got the same stipulations at U of A. It's completely ridiculous. I'm going to try to negotiate it downward.

I agree, those stipulations are predatory. I expected something like that from Tulsa but not from a state school like U of A.

Congrats on everything so far! When you negotiated with LSU, did you call or write? Could you develop a bit on how you did that please?

I just wanted to congratulate you on all your acceptances thus far; I was wondering, did south carolina, before you got accepted, give you a login in to track the status of your application or did you just get a decision via email? Best Always, MikTexan Miki

@Ofe1818 I used a guide on Top Law Schools to help me negotiate my aid. I've PMed you the link. @Miki Thanks very much! I actually still haven't received a login for the USC portal. Have you? My decision came via snail mail packet.

Nope. That is why I was asking about it since I find it a little odd because they have the option on their website to check the status and I submitted my application in September (I have yet to hear back from them in anyway or form).
