Took the LSAT 4 times: 166, 167, 166, 173

My feeling from this cycle is that having taken the LSAT 4 times is partly responsible for my waitlists, although I wrote an addendum explaining why I took it 4 times (No serious reason other than I thought I could do better and explained as much in the addendum). I'd imagine that attempting to go straight to law school from undergrad was also a factor.

If I could go back and change one thing, I would have written the optional essay for all of the schools.

I wrote Why Xs for Umich and UVA

I visited UVA's campus and had an on site interview. If they're slow getting back to you and you're able, I would recommend scheduling a visit and asking to speak to an admissions advisor as a way to have your interview. I was admitted after my interview, but later told that "scholarship aid had run out."
