Extra Curricular Information

Average softs, no legal work experience. Active member (and one-time VP) of professional business fraternity. Multiple internships in business. Will have had about 6 months professional work experience by the time I matriculate.

One great personalized LOR (from a professor), one generic LOR (from a department chair). Both LOR's have had me in law-related courses.

Did all the optional essays, but no Why X essays.

Submitted before taking Dec LSAT but had apps held which is why theres such a big gap between my sent & completed dates.

ADDITIONAL INFO & UPDATES

*Scholarships listed are per year*
I am mostly likely considering Drexel but I'm waiting on Villanova to use in negotiations and UCONN as it might be another inexpensive option (in-state).

Suffolk
11/28 - Accepted via email with $20,000 per year
1/2 - Automatically increased scholarship to $25k per year via email (after LSAT scores came in)

Drexel
1/8 - Accepted via email with $1,207 per credit scholarship up to 90 credits (about $35,000 for the first year)

Southwestern
Early January - asked to interview for SCALE program (2 year accelerated)
1/9 - Accepted via email with $80,000 scholarship altogether, about $26,667 per year (for three years)
Quickly withdrew because of their high scholarship elimination statistics

Syracuse
1/16 - Accepted via email with $25,000 per year
2/5 - Got link to scholarship reconsideration site (submit an essay & other offers by April 1)

Seton Hall
1/18 - Accepted via status checker with $15,000 per year
2/2 - Asked for scholarship reconsideration, was sent form that allows you to appeal based on need-based, other offers, or changed grades/LSAT

New York Law School
1/18 - Accepted with full tuition scholarship
Withdrew the next week.

Brooklyn
1/24 - Accepted via status checker (email a few hours later) with $18,000 per year
I will most likely only use this scholarship to negotiate with Cardozo & St. John's then withdraw.

Cardozo (PT May Entry)
2/6 - Accepted via email with $12,000 per year

St. John's
2/15 - Accepted via email with $20,000 per year (no word on honors program, not sure if that means it's a no or they just haven't made a decision)
