1. For digging toilets with Amigos de las Americas. They send a few thousand kids to various countries in Latin America for different service projects every summer. The Paraguayan Department of Health and Social Welfare (I think that's the translation..) just decided to give us awards. A kid I used to know swore it was what got him into Duke. 2. Duh. screw georgetown. they are fools. this seems to work out well though. you can move here for fordham and then when you get off the columbia waitlist you will not have ot move again.

I went to Oberlin's crazy dirt poor sister: Antioch. I've met some great people who went to Oberlin, though. I went to Antioch for the (soon to be defunct) co-op program. I'm currently in AZ, but I put OH b/c it seemed like it was asking where I went to school...who knows?
Thanks for the information. I heard about being waitlisted a while back already, and just forgot to update. To be honest, I can't quite see myself there, so I didn't send back the form. Maybe that was evident in my app, who knows? At any rate, it's a great school - congratulations again!
