Additional info & updates

Georgetown waitlist for '05 with acceptance for '06. =(

NYU called my mom the day they sent the letter since she's an alum.

Apparently my app at Columbia never got completed. Maybe some problem with the Dean's Letter?

Harvard called first to see if I was still interested, then called a couple days letter to let me know I was in.

Their admissions criteria are a complete mystery. You have to wonder if there isn't at least one person on the committee, going "Eeny meany miney moe... REJECTED!"

Did you find out in a phone interview or in the mail? Thanks!

I was not deferred at Harvard before the acceptance. I had a family emergency this year and unfortunately ended up applying at the last minute. Harvard called me and asked if I was still interested, then called later in the week to let me know I was accepted. Goold luck to all the rest of you who are still waiting.
