I meant "dropped some applications".
I applied to GULC and NU just because I got fee waivers. I know the reason why they send fee waivers to underqualified applicants, but that's fine.

I was really happy with the DePaul decision and going to Chicago, but now John Marshall (also in Chicago) offers me $39,000!!! What do I do here? It's definitely getting harder for me to choose a law school.

Not waitlisted; deferred. I was notified of the deferral 3 weeks ago.
Yeah, the page went to "decision", and 5 days later I got the letter. The letter before then said I was being deferred, as in they would review my application later, after they got a sense of the type of applicants that were applying in that cycle.

Congrats on your acceptances. I noticed you received $39K from John Marshall. We have similar numbers and they gave me nothing. I'm thinking of calling them and negotiating and I was just wondering - did you have to haggle with them at all to get money out of them and did you let them know of any significant disadvantage or something? Thanks
I drop some applications because I intended to apply but never did, and I had dropped the LSAT score by mistake. I'm really happy with the DePaul decision!!!
