Proof in their condolence that they disregarded my 2 prior letters of interest. Probably more disappointing than the rejection itself.
Congrats on Michigan. I am living in Ann Arbor now and just be warned--it is hell. I lived in SF before moving out here and all I want to do is cry everyday.
