Additional info & updates

My only piece of advice for future applicants -apply to more than 6 schools

Invited to apply to Harvard; subsequently invited to attend school elsewhere

Applied late to UT-Austin; very excited to get admitted

A bit of scholarship $ at each school, UCLA offered only grant $

Thank goodness I am headed to Austin this fall!

on UT, I hear it's a great school and a fun place to live. Maybe I'll consider it for the next cycle if this one doesn't work out as I'd hoped. Thanks for your complimentary words too, it's nice to know somebody finds me impressive even if they're not on an admit committee :) Good luck at UT!
