4 years professional work experience, no impressive softs or extra curriculars, so I tried to leverage my work experience. Both LORs were from my bosses.

ADDITIONAL INFO & UPDATES

I didn't put as much time into my applications and essays as I should have, so I would highly recommend to any future splitters that you spend a lot of time crafting a really nice package and write Why X essays. I've been watching other apps with similar numbers and our outcomes have varied a lot from school to school.

Congradulations! How did you study for the LSAT? Did you study on your own? Prep course? If so, which one?

Based on your comments and outcomes, have you considered reapplying next cycle. A September application and some better essays would grant you more scholarship money.
