May 6th: USC is my top choice, but Cornell sent me a scholarship offer of $105,000 which is more than USC's offer. I'm going to send Cornell's grant letter to USC along with a request that they match the offer. If they do, I'll be at USC this fall. If not, I may end up going to Cornell.

April 1st: In at ASU and USC, wait listed at UPenn. My top 3 are Cornell, USC, and Boston. I'm flying out next week for Cornell's admitted students day and to see BU. Planning to fly to LA on the 15th to check out and make a final decision!!

Feb 28th: Waitlisted at Columbia and Georgetown. Still waiting to hear back from USC and UPenn, but I am leaning towards Cornell. Planning to go visit for admitted students day in April and make my final decision!

Feb 12th: Accepted to Cornell!! I couldn't be happier. If I can make the financial situation work, this will be tough to turn down! Waiting on their scholarship/financial aid package.

Feb 10th: In at UC Hastings, they said they would send over my scholarship info within the next 2 weeks. First rejection, from UCLA. Can't say i'm too surprised, it's the most applied-to school after NYU and Georgetown. Speaking of Georgetown, I have an interview next week!

Jan 15th: I was invited to interview with Georgetown, and I should receive a scheduled alumni interview date/time soon. I'm nervous, but it will be cool to talk with a Georgetown grad and see how their experience was!

Jan 25th: So excited about Boston U!! I'm really interested in their Chinese Law LLM program.
