Master's Degree (MS) from Large University (3.8gpa)
I've been out of undergrad so long and was so lucky to be admitted into a spectacular specialized master's program at the same top public university I did my undergraduate. I'm worried that the schools won't know what to do with me. I'm a splitter with a great resume and high graduate marks but a tough undergraduate gpa (wrapped up years ago). At this point my first choice is DU. It's a small school and I'm very familiar with Denver. Here's to hoping!

2-5-13: Got the call from MSU with a 50% ride with a 2.5gpa stipulation. Definitely good news and a good start to a long cycle.

2-4-13: Decided to apply to University of Illinois and the University of Cincinnati. Both good schools in great places. I'm a big fan of Illinois.

2-4-13: Just checked my applications and noticed I got into MSU with Scholarship. Not sure how much or when I'll be contacted. It's an up and coming school and I love East Lansing.

2-1-13: Checked my Cardozo application and it's still not complete after two weeks. Not sure if I should call them to find out what the hangup is.
