I don't understand. Your numbers look good. Very good. Why would you be waitlisted at Pepperdine, where you should be a shoe-in? I'm surprised you haven't received you acceptances yet.

First, thanks for the congrats. I'm actively considering attending Boulder and pending time off from work, will be there on Apr 1st for admitted students day for my first visit. I've heard Boulder is a great place to live and Forbe's ranked it as the #1 city for singles last year. The two biggest downfalls I 've heard about CU is the old building (supposedly the new one will be ready in the fall of 06) and the job placement is poor (something I'll be asking about when I visit). Best of luck with your apps too.

Yeah, I as a little upset when I got thee WL from Pepperdine. I'm over it now though, the acceptance from CU helps. It will definitely be a change from UG in Flint no matter where I attend. I'm still awaiting decisions from USC and UCLA, so pending all the variables, I still might end up in SoCal. Thanks for the comments and best of luck with all your pending apps.

I called and got a little info on the waitlist. I was told they were going to place around 500 apps on the WL this year. Last year they were "unable" to call anyone off the WL. That's about all I got out of them. I think there were a couple of posts over on LSD about the WL, I'm sure you could search and find them. HTH

CU is a much better school than Pepperdine anyway. :)
