Without getting too specific, worked on site for an international aid organization in a third world country for a couple of years. Studied abroad on a State Department scholarship in both high school and college.

Additional info & updates

2/22 - Offer from Tulane by email including scholarship of 45,000 for each year.
2/24 - SMU updated status check showing acceptance. Will update if I get scholarship money when acceptance mailer arrives.
2/25 - Acceptance mailers arrived for Tulane and St. Mary's. Will update if St. Mary's sends scholarship info.
3/1 - St. Mary's sent letter with base scholarship of $10,000 for the first year, plus eligibility for a fellowship if accepted that will add additional scholarship amount. Also, Baylor status checker confirmed decision was made and seat deposit trick confirmed acceptance.
3/6 - Received mailer from Baylor with scholarship of 48,000 for first 3 quarters and auto-renewal with GPA of 2.75 and above.
3/9 - Accepted into UH via status checker. SMU mailer arrived with 24,000 per year scholarship with auto-renewal if in good standing.
3/15 - Offered full ride at UH!
3/17 - Accepted at Texas!
3/24 - Preferred waitlist at Georgetown.
