Additional info & updates

Full ride to New England was tempting, but the cost of living in Boston is just insane.

Kansas & Oklahoma both had "Admitted Students" day on the same weekend, so I was able to attend both. I highly recommend visiting any school you're seriously considering. After seeing both, Kansas pulled away and led to me withdrawing from OU.

Iowa is a potential game changer, but I'm waiting to hear about financial aid/scholarships. The admittance email said it can take up to 4 weeks.

7 June Update: Iowa emailed a 35k per year scholarship offer, stated complete details in the mail. Pretty much moves them to the top of my list.

Drake was a sentimental pick because it's where my Mom went to undergrad, but ultimately decided it wasn't where I wanted to go.

Oregon was one of my top 3, but the scholarship offered just wasn't enough compared to the other schools.

Montana was one of my "safe" schools to be honest which is why I withdrew even though the scholarship offer was competitive.
