Additional info & updates

- Ask your pre-law advisors for help and for peer-review on your application docs! They're there to help you!
- Get experience working in a law setting if you can! It makes such a difference on your application, and it helps you figure out if this is the right path for you!
- Ask for application fee waivers! It'll save you a lot of money. Plus, the worst schools can say is no.
- Apply early if possible. I think that was one of the reasons I got waistlisted to some of the schools I did.
- Take advantage of the addenda. Write one if it will help your application. It's better to be as transparent and clear about all your circumstances and different aspects of your application. BUT don't just write one to write one. Make sure it's meaningful and could potentially make a difference to your odds of admissions!
- Also, if you get waitlisted, write LOCIs if the schools will allow you to send them! You want to make it clear that you're still interested despite getting waitlisted.
- Visit the universities you're applying to beforehand! I visited every school I could get to in SoCal.
