12/31 - I visited Columbia for the first time. I think I'm in love.
12/03 - The official letter arrived in the mail today. It still hasn't hit me completely, but I don't think I could be more excited!
11/27 - I'M GOING TO COLUMBIA LAW SCHOOL! The End.
11/21 - Submitted NYU the other day (late I know), and still waiting on Cornell. Overused puns aside, Ithaca actually looks like a nice place to live.
11/15 - Dear Diary, Why am I not complete at Cornell and Duke? Kthanksbye.
11/12 - I am very intrigued by U.Chicago's Law School Musical.
11/11 - I received a packet of information from U.Penn in the mail and read the letter twice to see if there was a fee waiver. There wasn't. I was kind of disappointed but will still be applying once I do my "Why Penn" essay.
11/10 - I have since submitted a flurry of applications. I seem to be procrastinating on some (NYU, U.Michigan, and U.Penn). And I still haven't decided if I want to throw down the cash to be rejected/waitlisted by Berkeley.
11/03 - Submitted my first application! I'll probably wait a few days to submit others so that I can reexamine my personal statement with a little more distance.
10/28 - Fee waivers from U.Va, Duke (priority track), and Northwestern. Score!
10/25 - I rocked the effing LSAT!
10/05 - I took the LSAT and felt like I was radiating positive energy the whole time, which was such a far cry from my first experience with the LSAT. I'm cautiously optimistic.
8/04 - I'm retaking the LSAT in October.

That's good that you feel so much better after this test. After the June test, I was almost in tears, but this time, I actually walked out of the test smiling. Who does that?! Well, hopefully a good score comes out of the experience.

It's sad, but the smiles have faded. The further away we get from the test, the more anxious I get about my score and the more doubtful I get about how I did. Well, we'll see.

Yeah, circumstances have forced me to wait until next year. I'm really bummed about it, but that's life. One of my best friends is at Columbia, and he just loves Manhattan! Have fun there!
