hey yall sorry, I have been off because of the covid scares and I have been stalking the news. I got into RWU and Thomas Jefferson. TJ also gave me an interview. Please know that if you go to TJ they are only Cali accredited and only a few places will take credits from NON-ABA. one of the places is capital but they have very strict guidelines. Also if you choose to stay at TJ and get your JD you can practice there for 3-5 years and then take the bar elsewhere, states like Arizona. The point is for you to practice and be happy doing it right. Yall stay focused and positive, please. We got this. Oh yes and FAMU, I just got an email like NOW lol from them and I applied weeks ago. Don't worry I think they are just slow. also random tip. if your writing sample is still pending. CALL LSAC.

Congrats on your acceptances! I'm a former foster youth as well & encountered many barriers while in undergrad. I know it's not easy for people with our backgrounds to succeed .. The legal field needs people like you & I wish you the best of luck on the rest of your cycle :)

Hey yall I got into 4 schools. I won't say which I chose. @ in Florida and RWU and TJ. I had to check. RWU accepted me around 3 months before classes started , just to answer. As far as how I am doing at my current school. I like it and people are nice. I have all b's so I am sorry to report I am not impressive! I want to transfer so I am back on here AGAIN to try my luck. I hope yall all got in. If I can do this.. I promise you can !
Rejected from 5 schools but have an interview at one so far. As embarrassing as my grades and scores are I am really proud of myself. I almost died and didn't have parents, literally was in foster care. Very few people who had my life graduate let alone end up going to law school. So I am just happy to be here. Whoever may see my profile please don't give up hope. Give your self some love because you're still trying. if you get rejected,take the LSAT if you have to again. Try again! cast a wide net and transfer into the school of your dreams yall. My scores were low but a school is giving me a chance to prove myself with an interview. I hope I don't fluff it up. If I do I'll be here next year having applied to 30 schools and giving some chicken noodle soup of the soul motivational speech again. We got this YALL.
