Additional info & updates

Non-traditional student. I work full-time and have raised two children. 40+ years old.

Scholarship $$ for USF are based on 4 yrs, if I maintain a 3.0. (PT)

I have applied to both PT and FT programs, as I need to factor cost both ways. I also am on the fence about leaving the work force at this age to attend school full-time is a good idea, or, if my job prospects will be better if I continue to work and go to school. I am in the field of commercial insurance.

McGeorge acceptance received by mail today.$29,832 + book award, renewable.

3/11 Accepted at Santa Clara - no idea of FA until packet arrives in the mail.

3/16 Received Santa Clara pkg and scholarship is $5,000 per year, which I assume is renewable? PT admission.

4/4 Accepted to Hastings! I thought it was out of reach and I was just trying to choose between USF and McGeorge, but this is a total game-changer!

4/17 I am still waiting for Davis. I called their admissions office on 4/15 and they said they hope to have decisions out to everyone by early May. I am 98% set on Hastings now, but still curious about Davis. I predict a WL.
