Not really to be honest. Just trying to see where I can attend where I receive the best education with lowest tuition. How about yourself?

Hi! I go to waterloo too! I just applied to Penn yesterday and I'm curious to see how much money they're going to give me. If you don't mind, can you tell me if the scholarship they award you with must be spent over the 3 years? for example, lets say they give me $90 000 , can I use the $90 000 to cover all of my tuition in 1st year then use whats left in the least 2 years?
