Additional info & updates

- Was in a Biology PhD program but withdrew in my 3rd year. Wrote an addendum for this.
- Undergrad GPA wasn't the greatest so not sure how much that will affect my chances. However, for my school, it was an average GPA. Also, I applied pretty late in the cycle, but I'm not expecting a miracle result from my applications. It would be nice, but I'm too old to be thinking of the stars and moon.
- Only had 2 LoRs, 1 from a current boss and 1 from a friend I've kept in touch with since undergrad. Hardest part of the application process for me was deciding who to get LoRs from since I've been out of school for so long.
- 3/8: Got a decision (via email) after one week from UGA. Extremely happy since I'll be paying in-state tuition.
- 3/13: Letter came in the mail from UGA for a scholarship of $5000/yr.
- 3/30: Chicago-Kent acceptance - 30,000/year + 10,000/1st year.
- 3/31: GWU rejection by email.
- 4/22? or so: BU rejection by email.
- 4/28: Chicago-Kent sent me notification I qualified for a full scholarship, but I decided to withdraw since I'm going to be attending UGA.
