Holding out?

Hey, we're in the same boat. Are you holding out to get in on one of you're waitlist schools? Or are you going to wait another year?
As a URM, you should be able to get in to much better schools with your numbers. Do not bother with either NY Law or Syracuse unless you have a free ride or have a relative that already has a job waiting for you when you graduate. Re-apply early (and I mean EARLY) for 2011. Spend the time to write excellent personal and diversity statements. This cycle was ridiculously hard due to the economy. Get work experience, save money or do some more volunteer work. It will only help your applications. I wish you every success.
