Gtown: Waitlisted by email. Supposedly on a "Preferred Waitlist" but maybe they tell everyone that?
UT: Accepted by phone. Packet via snail mail 3 days later. $18,000/year taken off in state tuition sent about a week later via email.
Duke: Priority Reserve notification by email on a Sunday, oddly enough.
UVA: Waitlist notification by email. (I don't remember exactly the date)
