Fee waivers: Vandy, ND, W&M, USC, and some other lesser known schools.

Vandy and USC acknowledged my withdrawals and thanked me for letting them know of my decision.

UT never acknowledged my withdrawal and actually sent me an email saying that my application is complete. And I haven't heard from them since. Weird.

Sad to leave the west coast, but excited about DC!
