Extra Curricular Information

Went to 3 different undergrad schools in 3 years and then dropped out to work in IT for 5 years. Went back to school to finish my degree. My GPA is so low because I wasn't that great of a student before I dropped out. Since I have transferred so many times my LSAC GPA is based on every single class Ive taken (which is over 180 credits) which means its difficult to get my overall GPA back up even with the 3.9 degree GPA I've had since coming back to school.

My fiance is applying to a doctoral program at UNC so that is my top choice. I'm looking to concentrate on IP law so that is why I am applying to a lot of the other schools on my list.

For a few of my schools I will be very lucky to even get waitlisted but I'm hoping with my strong personal statements and resume and degree GPA I can get into some of the mid-tier schools.

-In at Cardozo via phone call. $32k/yr ($96k total) scholly 12/6

-Rejected at UT Austin 12/11. Not at all surprised. This was a stretch school but I liked the idea of living in Austin so I figured why not apply.

-Waitlisted at UNC 12/12

-In at Loyola University Chicago with a $32/yr scholly with no stip. ($96k total)

-In at U of Houston 1/4 with an in-state tuition waiver and 1k per year scholly

-Added to waitlist at UW Madison 1/9
