- Finally complete everywhere. Cornell took a while for Dean's cert, and I don't know what GW's deal was, but they're all done now.

- Requested and received fee waiver from Colorado.
- Just discovered a hidden CRS waiver from Northwestern. Sweet!
- Found another hidden waiver - from U Minn.
