Additional info & updates

10/29 - Received LSAT score...didn't expect to score this high. Going to add some reaches and see if I get lucky.

10/30 - Sent out fee waiver requests, finishing up common application stuff and tuning my personal statement while I wait for my last LoR's to get in.

11/08 - All LoR's in, personal statement is close to being done, going to write "Why X School" essays this week and send out my apps at week's end.

11/13 - Completed 2/3 of the optional UPenn essays, Why Michigan, Why Virginia, and I wrote a Why Cornell in place of the line lines they give you in the actual application. I did not write any other essays for the rest of the T14. I should also note that I did not choose to do Vandy's, Georgetown's, or NU's interviews, and I didn't supply LoR's the way NU wants them (with their form).

11/13 - Apps sent out - let the cycle begin!

11/17 - Someone recommended I check to see if Columbia had given me a hidden fee waiver...and what do you know they did. I'll send them an app, if only to increase their yield numbers.

11/29 - Decided to switch to Penn ED. The peace of mind from knowing early, and the boost at probably the best school I have a good shot at getting into, really pushed me in this direction. I called the admissions office to get the "go ahead" and scanned/emailed in the contract agreement. I'll know by 12/31.

12/15 - Withdrew from all schools pursuant to my Penn ED contract. Would have liked to seen how my cycle played out, but couldn't be happier about going to Penn.
