Dropped out of college after 1 1/2 years with a 0.6 GPA, plus about 20 credits worth of W. Went to the Army where I served as Infantry/Paratrooper for 2 1/2 years. After I got out I couldn't get back into any 4 year university, so I had to go to community college and get my AA before they would accept me. I earned about 130 credits over exactly 24 months while working between 25-40 hours each week, with a GPA during that period of about 3.79. Regardless, a 3.42 is a 3.42, which is a 3.42, which is a 3.42.

Additional info & updates

Switched over to AJD at NU in late Feb early March. Although there are a few things about my cycle that seriously disappointed me (mainly the crushing eventual rejection by NYU, and the expected but still frustrating waitlist by Penn), I'm pretty excited with the AJD at NU, which was one of my favorites all along.

Sorry, I checked the non-traditional box more for work experience I gained during breaks from undergrad. There are certain things about my work experience that I felt qualified me for the non-traditional -Panglossian

Hey, I noticed we are pretty close to number twins, we've both got serious softs... and we've both EDed to NYU!! Lets hope they give us Splitter love. Congrats on Georgetown by the way... my status just changed so it seems are cycles are starting out on a similar note!
