Additional info & updates

A bit of a non-traditional applicant. I submitted a diversity statement that didn't have to do with race (unusual home background combined with very low income). Furthermore, I was 20 when applying for LS and only had 4 semesters of grades because I am graduating a year early. LSDAS GPA was 3.96 when I applied and 3.98 after the transcript update.

Harvard:
First choice due to my SO living in Boston
Complete 10/1
JS1 invite 10/20
Interview 11/3
Updated transcript on 1/21
Radio silence until JS2 on 2/11, really stoked

Stanford:
Complete 9/30
Updated transcript on 1/21
Acceptance via phone call on 2/4

Columbia:
Applied sometime in November because they didn't give me a fee waiver until then.
Accepted with Hamilton on 1/21

Chicago:
Got their fee waiver around the time I got Columbia's, so I applied around the same time.
Received an email inviting me to interview in early December, but I forgot to sign up within the seven day slot, so I was pretty sure I would get rejected.
Got the WL email sometime in January; withdrew.

Penn:
Accepted via (missed) phone call on 12/18
Notified of Levy nomination on 2/5

Duke:
Submitted via PT on 9/24
Notified of acceptance on 10/4
Didn't get the Mordecai, plan on withdrawing

Michigan:
Complete early October
Accepted by email on 11/2
Notified of Darrow nomination mid-late December
Darrow interview 1/23
Darrow by phone call on 2/5

UT:
Accepted by (missed) call on 12/18
Notified of $54,000 scholarship on 2/10
I qualify for in-state tuition, so that would be a little over half-scholarship.
The email said that I was "in competition to be considered for additional awards, including our endowed full-tuition scholarships." Weird, but I will most likely withdraw before hearing anything else back.

Whoa you might just be the only applicant as young as me! Haha, I'm not graduating early, but I'm a year young. Congrats on H, you totally deserve it
