I'm not sure you can say anythign one way or anythoger with MI WL.....maybe because your completein dtae was so far back it took longer to get through to your application. I tcould be as simple as that. I mena you got your WL decsiosn in about 8 weeks. My file was complete on 11/15 and I didn't hear about WL until 3/11 (the 3/4 date was actually 3/11). And, I definately don't think just because of my low combo score that I am at the low end of a ranking list......and I'm sure they have some tiered ranking at least even though they say they don't.
