Additional info & updates

I had a bad first year at community college (0.00 GPA) and a not so great second year. After I transferred to a four year university, my GPA never dropped below a 3.50 and was often close to, or above, a 4.00.

I also stayed in school for an extra year in order to meet the credit requirements for the CPA exam, which I hope to pass before I enter law school. This helped bring my not so great GPA up a little more.

I was worried that schools would look down on my lengthy and rocky career as an undergrad, but I certainly have no complaints about how my cycle played out.

I am unbelievably stoked about attending Chicago and I wish everyone the best of luck!

Really hoping that your acceptance at Texas bodes well for me. I have a similar background (terrible freshman year grades, excellent grades in the latter part of my college career) matched with a high LSAT score. Congratulations and enjoy Chicago!
