My WashU decision took about 1.5 months - I'm betting you'll get in. Good luck! I'm also thinking if I got 96k for Illinois you'll get a full.
I have a low lsdas gpa due to some bad choices when I was younger and it is coming back to haunt me now. I got waitlisted at WashU.
