Additional info & updates

My cycle is now complete. Looks like I will be attending Villanova, but I also am remaining on Northeastern's waitlist.

Update 7/25/13: Northeastern Admissions called to gauge my interest in Northeastern Law. I said I already made solid plans for the fall to attend Villanova. I couldn't economically make a switch this late in the game because I've already put a lot into the deposits and my apartment there.

Villanova 2016 it is!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

All scholarships are per year and are either merit or need-based grants, or a combination.

I hope my cycle gives others hope. My LSAT score is very low. I took a PowerScore prep. course, studied A LOT, and took the test twice. For some reason, standardized tests never seemed to agree with me. My GPA is decent. I was worried about my prospects, especially because I am not an URM, but I have very strong soft factors, awesome letters of recommendation, a good personal statement, and want to pursue public interest law. Goes to show that sometimes one lower number can be outweighed by other qualities.
