Additional info & updates

Ivy League undergrad. Double Majored in the sciences and history.

Applied late January, early February to most schools. I wrote a PS, Diversity Statement, GPA Addendum, and Why X essay for every school I applied to. For every school I was waitlisted at, I sent in a LOCI that included information about my previous job and summer work.

I was below the medians at all of the schools I applied to but I sent in a plethora of info in my applications. Make sure that at the end of the day, the schools have no questions about you as an applicant. My addendum and optional essays did a decent job of explaining why I had lower grades and a lower LSAT score. The optional essays shouldn't sound like an excuse for anything; rather they should provide insight on you thrived in spite of tough circumatances.

Received money at all of the schools I was accepted to. Biggest offer was 120k, which was eventually matched by all schools.

Still waiting on a few schools as of mid June.
