Extra Curricular Information

I'm a non-trad, so working, mostly. 10+ years of increasing experience -- I'm a director at a university now and am hoping university personnel respect that. My husband was sick for a long time before he died, so hopefully I get a pass on my lack of community involvement.

Additional info & updates

I had two offers on my house fall through and no money for another LSAT course, so I hit my leftover study books from the class I took before my husband died and sat for the December exam since I was scoring 160-165 on the practices and I'm not shooting all that high. Yeah, that was a mistake. Couldn't take the February exam because my Mom was having surgery, so I'm basically throwing a Hail Mary and hoping for the best this year. At least the house sold, so I can finance some tutoring and retake the exam if things turn up awful this go-round. Hope things are going better for everyone else.

My priorities are to be near my mom in Miami, my siblings and nieces/nephews in Pittsburgh or Portland, OR, or just live somewhere cheaper than Northern Virginia with a convenient airport so I can visit them a lot.
